SHIPPING POLICY

Here at SkipJack Arts, we strive to be super‑speedy to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping Only:

Standard (5–8 Business Days): $9.95 or Free with any order over $45

Express (3 Business Days): $25

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to monitor your package’s arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at: Skipjackarts@gmail.com

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date the package arrived. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Some items — such as sale items — are ineligible for returns.

DELAYED ORDERS

In the event of delayed processing during the creation process, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. If the design has been created, printed, and/or shipped, orders may not be canceled.

Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

SkipJack Arts is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your shipment tracking shows “Delivered” and you did not receive it, please check with your local post office branch. In most cases, they mistakenly deliver to the wrong address. When packages are scanned as “Delivered,” they record the GPS coordinates of the exact delivery location and can often retrieve it for you if it was delivered incorrectly.
